Reusable shopping bags
We produce sustainable shopping bags in China and Vietnam using 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene. By upcycling plastics from old appliances and food containers, we create a high-quality, circular product. Every step of our production is fully traceable and ethically managed via our award-winning blockchain platform.
PROCESS
INTRODUCING Q-TRACE
We use blockchain technology to provide total transparency and traceability for every product. By scanning a QR code, you unlock the verified journey of your order from origin to delivery.
DATA-BACKED TRACKING
With a unique QR code and barcode on every product, we track the precise weight, date, and geolocation of every single step in the supply chain. This ensures that every data point is verified and immutable on the blockchain.
DUAL-LAYER REPORTING
We provide a tailored experience for both brands and users. Clients receive a comprehensive technical journey of the supply chain, while consumers access key highlights, environmental impact metrics, and a customized "how it’s made" film.
DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT
Our system is designed for the future of regulation. Q-TRACE provides the essential data architecture for the Digital Product Passport (DPP), ensuring your brand stays ahead of EU transparency requirements and consumer expectations.
EPR & COMPLIANCE
Simplify your Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting. We deliver the complete transparency needed to prove your supply chain's integrity, providing the high-fidelity documentation required for global compliance and credibility.
Traceable and verifiable reusable shopping bags

Tailored for your brand
Turn recycled RPP and RPET into custom-designed bags. Our award-winning blockchain ensures every tote or backpack is fully traceable, allowing your brand to solve the plastic problem through purposeful design.
QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
We ensure the integrity of every product through rigorous oversight and human expertise, providing an absolute guarantee of quality.

COMPLIANCE
STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL
We guarantee the quality and composition of our products through strict QC policies. Our highly trained internal specialists work in tandem with independent third-party checks to provide an absolute guarantee of excellence for every order.
MANUFACTURING
RA3: RECYCLING ASSURANCE
We go beyond standard GRS and TC certificates with our patent-pending RA3 3-Step Test. This proprietary process provides scientific proof of origin by identifying the exact percentage of recycled plastic bottles used in our RPET textiles.
ESG GOALS
WESSLING VALIDATED IMPACT
Validated by Wessling (Germany), our testing accurately quantifies recycled content. Every order includes an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and annual carbon summaries to support your corporate ESG goals and transparent reporting.
VERIFIABLE
BEYOND THE BAG: ESG & IMPACT REPORTING
We provide the data-driven proof your brand needs to meet global Environmental and Social Compliance (ESG) standards.
70%
LESS ENERGY
By choosing Waste2Wear RPET over regular polyester, we significantly reduce the energy required for production. This data supports your annual carbon footprint reporting and corporate sustainability goals.
86%
LESS WATER
Our recycled process saves a massive 86% of water compared to virgin materials. Every EIR quantifies these exact savings, including the specific number of plastic bottles diverted from landfills for your order.

Q&A
Have any questions?
We believe transparency shouldn't be complicated. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about our recycling process, how we verify our supply chain, and what makes our materials different.
What is RPET fabric, and how is it made?
RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a high-quality textile made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. At Waste2Wear, we collect these bottles, clean them, and shred them into flakes. These flakes are then melted and spun into durable, soft polyester fibers that can be used for everything from high-end fashion to heavy-duty workwear.
What is the difference between RPP and RPET?
While both are recycled plastics, they serve different purposes. RPET is primarily used for soft fabrics and clothing. RPP (Recycled Polypropylene) is sourced from discarded household appliances and food containers, making it perfect for durable, reusable shopping bags and eco-friendly packaging.
How can I be sure my product is actually made from recycled plastic?
We believe in "Verified Transparency." Waste2Wear uses a proprietary blockchain technology that tracks every step of the supply chain—from the moment the waste is collected to the finished product. By scanning the unique QR code on your item, you can see the digital "birth certificate" of your fabric, including exactly where the plastic came from.
How does Waste2Wear test for authenticity?
We developed the RA-3 (Recycling Assurance) test, a patent-pending chemical method that detects the "fingerprint" of recycled plastic. This ensures that no virgin plastic is being mixed in secretly, providing a 100% guarantee that your fabric is as sustainable as we say it is.
How much water and energy does recycled polyester save?
Choosing Waste2Wear recycled fabrics makes a measurable difference. Compared to virgin polyester, our process uses:
-
70% less energy
-
86% less water
-
75% less $CO_{2}$ emissions
Each product scan shows you the specific environmental savings for that exact item.
What materials are Waste2Wear bags made from?
Our bags are primarily crafted from two types of recycled plastic:
-
RPET (Recycled Polyester): Best for soft, premium-feel tote bags, backpacks, and drawstring bags.
-
RPP (Recycled Polypropylene): Ideal for heavy-duty, reusable supermarket bags and "life-long" shopping carriers due to its incredible strength and water resistance.
-
Ocean-Bound Plastic: We also offer specialized collections made from plastic intercepted within 50km of shorelines to prevent it from entering our oceans.
Can I customize the design and branding on recycled bags?
Yes! Sustainability doesn't mean sacrificing style. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic inks for all printing. Whether you need full-color heat transfer, silk-screen printing, or specialized textures, our RPET and RPP fabrics hold color vibrantly and resist fading over time.
